We are a warm, family-oriented Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized care in a comfortable home setting. With a maximum of 6 residents, our caregivers are able to provide attentive, high-quality support while building meaningful relationships with residents and their families.

Caregiver Responsibilities

Our caregivers play an important role in ensuring residents are safe, comfortable, clean, and well cared for each day.
 

Responsibilities include:
 

• Assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility assistance, and personal hygiene

• Medication assistance and monitoring Preparing meals and ensuring residents are properly fed

• Housekeeping and laundry Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming home environment

• Providing companionship and emotional support to residents

• Monitoring residents’ overall well-being and communicating concerns when neede

What We’re Looking For
 

We are seeking individuals who are:

• Compassionate and patient

• Responsible and dependable

• Comfortable working in a home-care environment

• Able to assist multiple residents while maintaining quality care

• Experienced in caregiving or willing to learn 

• Caregiving, RCFE, assisted living, or home-care experience is preferred but not required.
