Caregiver

Responsibilities

Caregivers will be responsible for assisting residents with daily care needs and maintaining a safe, clean, and supportive environment.

Duties include:

• Assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility assistance, and personal hygiene

• Monitoring residents’ well-being and ensuring comfort and safety

• Medication assistance/management according to facility procedures

• Preparing and serving meals

• Housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining cleanliness of resident rooms and common areas

• Providing companionship and emotional support to residents

• Ensuring residents are properly fed, clean, and well cared for at all times

• Communicating changes in resident condition to management when necessary

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience preferred (RCFE, assisted living, home care, or similar experience is a plus)

• Compassionate, patient, and reliable personality

• Ability to multitask and work independently

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• CPR/First Aid certification preferred

• Medication Technician experience is a plus

• Must be eligible to work in the United States

Pay

Pay will be based on experience and qualifications.
